Housekeeping
Aisles, walkways, and stairways clear and unobstructed
Floors and walkways clear of spilled liquids.
Trash is picked up and floors swept
Combustible material and/or flammable liquids put away and stored properly
Pallets, boxes, and materials stored away from walkways and stairways
Areas of dust accumulation are identified and cleaned regularly
Fire extinguishers are visible and unobstructed
Marked exits are accessible and unobstructed
